China XinXing Construction & Development Co., Ltd. (Originally Engineering Team of General Logistics Department of the PLA), established in 1953, is a large construction enterprise which is governed by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. Enterprise has the Special Qualification of EPC for Building Engineering, Grade-A Qualification of Architectural Design, three first-level qualifications of EPC of Engineering and five first-level qualifications of Specialized Contracting. Possess the Certificate of Security and Confidentiality Conditions for Military Confidential Business Consulting Service and National High and New Tech Enterprises.
